Issue 23 was our first Switched-On Gutenberg issue to have no assigned theme. We enjoyed reading the high-quality poems we received, but there sure were a lot of poems submitted: 649 poems by 146 poets!
You will note that the sections in the Issue are not titled. We thought we would be able to assign a theme based on the entries, but no single theme emerged for the Issue. Instead, we set up seven sections based on the following words :
Implode
Expand
Foreshadow
Lacustrine
Ouroborous
Possessed
Rugosity
After we organized the sections we decided the structure stood well without the words as Section Titles.
The Issue contains 45 poems by 42 authors, as well as 47 collages by two of the SOG editors.
